Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions Terms of Service

By signing up as an affiliate with CJD Laptop Life Style, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: You understand that CJD Laptop Lifestyle makes no guarantees or warranties as to earnings that are possible or projected as an Affiliate. Your earnings are solely based on your own efforts.  

1. Services to be Provided.CJD Laptop Lifestyle agrees to pay you certain commissions as described on our website for referral sales made by your customers and/or referrals. Commissions will not be paid to you for your own sales.
2. Termination. We may terminate your account: (a) if you violate our Terms of Service Policy; (b) if you promote CJD Laptop Lifestyle in a manner that is unethical, illegal or inappropriate or not in compliance with local or federal regulations; (c) if you utilize a bulk email third party service or system to promote our products, or (d) for any reason, in our sole discretion. For example, if we feel that your activities may cause financial or reputational damage to our products or company.
3. TERMS.You agree: (1) to use our system in a manner that is ethical and legal; (2) to respect the legal protection provided by copyright law, trade secret law, or other laws protecting intellectual property; (3) to market our products and services using methods that are legally compliant ONLY and 4) to abide by any special terms that may apply to any launch events or contests by CJD Laptop Lifestyle.
4. Assignment.This agreement may not be assigned without our prior written consent. There are no exceptions.
5. Change of Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement as needed. Use of our servers by you after said changes constitutes acceptance of those new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you may terminate this agreement.
6. Notification of Account Changes.You agree to notify us if your address, email address, telephone number, billing information changes. Please allow 7 days to change any payment details. Failure to update your account information (such as Paypal email address), will result in withholding or delay of payments. If we are unable to pay you for 12 payment cycles (a maximum of 3 months), your affiliate commissions will be forfeited.
7. Notices. All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under this agreement shall be in writing through email and shall be deemed to have been given on the date of delivery.
8. Credit for Commissions.We can’t be held responsible if you refer your affiliate link to people with computer systems that do not allow the cookies necessary to give you affiliate credit, or if they already have another affiliate’s cookies on their system, or if they circumvent your affiliate link to purchase products, services, or programs through CJD Laptop Lifestyle. If someone you have referred cancels their payment, it will be deducted ou of your next payment.
